Deca Architecture used the Neo-Mayan Art Deco design the building is known for as inspiration for the elevator interior. You’ll see this prominently displayed on the acid-etched bronze back wall panel. We also integrated the existing base into the new design as another key element. Ultimately, we were tasked with bringing the existing cab up to standard while maintaining some of the main cab features and helping the architect achieve their design intent.

If you haven’t had a chance to see this building, take a special detour sometime. The lobby detail is tremendous. Oh, and check out the elevator interiors too!
