Waterfront Plaza Garage Elevator

This project included two cabs that provide public access to the garage at the Waterfront Plaza complex.

The goal was to freshen up the existing interior, improve the lighting (the cabs were quite dim), and provide durable finishes, all within a workable budget.

We installed a new ceiling with energy-efficient LED recessed downlights. The existing panels were clad with highly durable and scratch-resistant stainless steel. A Nora rubber floor was installed for quick and easy clean-ups and aesthetics – a great solution for this use type.
