The Wire Rope Spool is a specialty tool that gives the elevator mechanic the ability to quickly, cleanly, and safely wind up old wire rope during an elevator modernization.
What problems does it solve?
Based on the feedback we’ve received from mechanics actually using the product, it solves these problems:
- Provides the ability to control the winding to a manageable size and weight
- Keeps the winding organized for easier portability and disposal
